- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Admin & Project Coordinator to support their commercial interior design operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, preparing quotations and invoices, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations and invoices using AutoCount
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for projects and billing
- Coordinate with clients on project-related matters, including updates and follow-ups
- Support project team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
- Ensure timely communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) for effective communication
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AutoCount or similar accounting software is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is preferred but not required
