About Us
Autumn Compass is a small multinational group with offices in Singapore and Australia. We're looking for a reliable and organised individual to support our Singapore team of 5 and contribute to the smooth running of our regional operations.
The Role
You'll be the backbone of our Singapore office, handling day-to-day administration while supporting financial processes across the group. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of office operations and thrives in a small, close-knit team environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and file invoices accurately, maintaining organised records
- Perform account reconciliations using Xero, including transactions across our Singapore and Australian entities
- Manage general office administration: supplies, correspondence, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Liaise with colleagues in our Australian office as needed
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and the team has what they need

- At least 12 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Experience with invoice processing and basic reconciliation tasks
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working independently in a small team
- Experience working with overseas colleagues is a plus
