Job Description

Working Hours: 0800-1730

Work Location: Paya Lebar

Responsibilities:

  • Production service order creation, closure and amendment
  • Saleorder creation, sorting and batching for billing
  • Liaise with other departments, eg ESD, CSD/MBG, QA on e-Cap, Store Discrepancy Report raised
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence emails
  • Maintain general office files, including job files, shipping documents and other files related to company's operations
  • Perform other relevant duties when needed
  • Assist section Head on continuous process improvement project, etc SAP automation program

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Experience in data entry using SAP system will be preferred, eg HANA
  • 1 year of administrative/ data entry experience preferred
  • Able to work as a team
  • Basic Engineering knowledge
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and good time-management skills
  • Training will be provided
