Job Description

JobDescription

. Responsible forair ticket, hotel booking and visa applications

. Maintaininventory for pantry items

. Assist to checkon travel claims

. Responsible forattendance reports

. Orderstationeries including name cards and letterhead

. Submitinsurance claim if any

. Arrangeservicing on company cars/air con etc

. Coordinate with agent to address expatriates housing andrelated matters

. Any other adhoc duties as assigned

JobRequirements

. Minimum Diplomaholders

. Experience inoffice administration and general affairs

. Resourceful,meticulous, organized, and independent

. Displays strongproblem‑solving agility demonstrates sharp analytical thinking and quick toassess situations and respond

. Good teamplayer with good communication and interpersonal skills
