Condominium located near Yew Tee MRT area has a vacancy for 1 Admin and Accounts position. You will be deployed on site, and assist with the accounts and daily operations of the estate.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
. In-coming phone calls or attend to residents walking into the management office.
. Assist in accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement.
. Co-ordinate events and social functions.
. General clerical works such as typing, filing, scanning and sorting documents.
. Assist in general office duties, and updating various records.
. Assist the Condo Manager to manage arrears by the subsidiary proprietors, and assist in legal action where necessary.
. Co-operate with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.
Requirements:
. A team player with good interpersonal skills.
. Meticulous, with attention to details.
. Good service attitude, and able to handle complaints.
. When necessary, willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays. Off-in-lieu will be provided.
. Familiarity with condo management and facilities booking software is an advantage.
. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and PDF software.
. Singapore Citizen or PR.
. The working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm on weekdays, and 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. There will be a team of 3 staff on-site. You are entitled to one hour of lunch break every day.
