Job Summary
Assist and coordinate procurement processes to ensure cost-effective purchasing, manage suppliers, support project schedules, and maintain accurate procurement records.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing processes to secure cost-effective procurement that meets company quality standards
- Participate in supplier negotiations and assist in preparing purchase agreements to obtain favorable terms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records for transparency and audit compliance
- Support day-to-day office operations through administrative assistance
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, procurement, purchasing, or logistics
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with vendors and internal teams to facilitate procurement
- Organize and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Apply negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve procurement challenges
