Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle learner enquiries on courses, registration, funding (e.g. SkillsFuture Credit) and general support
- Process enrolment, payments, and maintain accurate learner records
- Support daily training operations and coordinate with trainers and learners
- Prepare course materials, classroom setup, and training resources
- Provide basic training support and assist with digital platforms (e.g. attendance, forms, systems)
- Ensure all course documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Perform post-course checks and follow up to rectify incomplete records before submitting documents to HQ
- Maintain proper filing, inventory, and records for audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with SSG requirements and timelines
- Maintain training centre readiness and report issues when required
- Support team operations and provide coverage when needed
- Redirect enquiries or update Centre Manager when required
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and seek approval when required
- Any other duties assigned within reasonable scope of the role
- Escalate issues beyond scope to Centre Manager
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years relevant work experience (training provider or education environment preferred)
- Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
- Proactive with initiative, while seeking approval before implementation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and compliance work
- Responsible, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable with basic physical tasks (e.g. classroom setup)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Comfortable using or learning digital tools and systems
- Willing to travel between training venues when required
