PLC Automation Pte Ltd is an industrial automation solutions provider supporting customers locally and internationally with PLC systems, automation components, and engineering support.
We are a growing SME looking for a responsible and organized Admin & HR Executive to support daily administrative operations, HR processes, and internal coordination.
This role works closely with management and operations staff to ensure the company runs smoothly. The position primarily focuses on administration and HR coordination, with cross-training in logistics operations to provide coverage during staff leave.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Recruitment Administration
Post job advertisements on job platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and others
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
Conduct initial candidate screening calls
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Arrange and confirm interview appointments
Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
Maintain communication with candidates during the hiring process
Manage onboarding documentation for new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR files
2. HR Operations & Employee Administration
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Track and update staff leave applications
Prepare payroll information and verify staff claims
Ensure accurate payroll documentation before submission
Ensure CPF and statutory submissions are completed on time
Maintain proper documentation for HR compliance
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes (including pass applications)
Assist with resignation procedures and documentation
3. Office Administration & General Support
Maintain organized filing systems and company records
Manage email communication and internal coordination
Maintain office documentation and administrative records
Coordinate office supplies, pantry items, and office equipment
Support general administrative tasks assigned by management
Assist with internal documentation and operational reporting
4. Finance & Administrative Support
Support invoicing processes and documentation
Track issued invoices and assist with payment follow-ups
Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents
Support accounting processes such as Xero reconciliation (training provided)
Assist with vendor documentation and payment records
Support management with financial administrative tasks
5. Operations & Logistics Support (Backup Coverage)
The company has a dedicated logistics staff member managing day-to-day operations. This role will be cross-trained to provide support when operational coverage is required.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist with receiving goods and basic inspection when required
Support quality check documentation and packing coordination
Assist with preparation of delivery documentation such as Delivery Notes and CIPL
Support arrangement of deliveries with logistics providers
Track shipments and assist with delivery coordination
Assist with documentation and operational records
Training will be provided for operational procedures and company workflows.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Logistics, or related fields preferred
Experience
2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply

Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of HR administration or logistics processes
