Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication & Operations: Maintain regular communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
2. Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
3. Process Optimization: Enhance existing processes and procedures to boost internal efficiency.
4. Operational Management: Ensure activities stay on schedule and within budget.
5. Budget Management: Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
6. Financial Liaison: Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable departments to ensure accurate financial records.
7. Program Management: Manage indoor and outdoor program allocations using the Coach Academy phone.
8. Recruitment: Oversee existing recruitment channels, onboard new recruits, and explore new channels.
9. Inventory Management: Manage indoor inventory, ensuring quality and quantity control.
