KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Perform General Administrative work / Sales support In generating daily invoices/ DOs, collections, shipping labels
. Answering of phone calls enquires.
. Attending to walk-in customers/suppliers enquires.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
. Min NITEC / PROFESSIONAL DIPOLMA
. Must be Bilingual in English & Mandarin
. Full-Time: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm)
. Must be PC literate , MS Words, Ms Excel. MS OFFICE
- Knowledge in Auto-Count Software an added advantage
. Able to answer phone calls and correspond daily emails (using Ms Outlook express)
. Have good communicative and Analytical skills
. Able to Multi-task & Attentive to Details
. Well-verse in both written & verbal communication skills
- Indenpendent - Able to work with minimum supervision & adaptable to fast pace environment
