Job Summary
Perform general administrative sales support and basic accounting functions to ensure accurate invoicing, collections, and customer service within a fast-paced printing company environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate daily invoices, delivery orders, and shipping labels to support sales operations and ensure timely processing
- Manage collections activities to follow up on payments and maintain healthy cash flow
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to respond promptly and professionally to customer and supplier inquiries
- Attend to walk-in customers and suppliers by providing accurate information to support business relationships
- Communicate and correspond effectively via daily emails using MS Outlook Express to maintain clear stakeholder engagement
- Use PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office, to complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Apply basic accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures to support financial record-keeping
- Analyze administrative and operational issues to identify and implement effective solutions
- Take initiative and multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to fast-paced operational demands
- Use Auto-Count Accounting Software to improve accounting and administrative processes (preferred skill)
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Skilled in PC applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office
- Able to handle phone communications and email correspondence professionally and efficiently

- Knowledge and experience using Auto-Count Accounting Software
