The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
. Order processing (generate a quotation, DO, and invoice)
. Handle Staff and customer inquiries/issues.
. Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
. General administration and other coordination duties
. Prepare sales/stock report and Data Entry
. Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and issues monthly SOA
. Update and report on the job status of service equipment
. Liaise with external parties such as consumers, and suppliers
. Support sales and technical staff for job orders
. Well verse is Chinese and English - other languages are a bonus
. Working before on automotive firm will be advantage
