We are looking for an experienced Active Directory Engineer to plan and execute Active Directory (AD) migration and upgrade projects. The role involves assessing existing AD environments, implementing migration strategies, automating administrative tasks, and providing technical leadership to ensure secure and seamless upgrades.

• Plan and execute Active Directory migration and upgrade activities.
• Assess AD environments, including domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DFS, and security configurations.
• Support domain controller promotion, demotion, and migration processes.
• Troubleshoot directory synchronization, federation, authentication, and authorization issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams during migration projects.
• Use AD migration tools (e.g., ADMT, Quest Migration Manager, or similar) to support migration activities.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate AD administration and migration tasks.
• Perform pre- and post-migration testing, health checks, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, operational processes, and ITIL practices.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

• Strong experience in Active Directory administration, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Experience with multi-site, multi-domain, and multi-forest AD environments.
• Proficiency in DNS, DFS, Group Policy, and Active Directory lifecycle management.
• Experience with AD migration tools such as ADMT, Quest Migration Manager, or equivalent.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Knowledge of IAM, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, and AD security best practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, change management, incident management, and problem management.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Experience with Windows Server 2025 or newer AD environments.
• Experience with AD Federation Services (ADFS), Certificate Services (ADCS), and directory synchronization.
• Exposure to project coordination and migration planning activities.
