Responsibilities
- Lead full ACMV project cycle: planning, budgeting, execution, and handover.
- Supervise site team, engineers, WSH coordinator, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and manage schedules.
- Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders, and extension of time.
- Manage all technical documentation: MOS, RA, SWP, drawings, RFA, RFI.
- Plan manpower, forecast resources, and resolve site issues proactively.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, O&M manual, and DLP documentation.
- Liaise with main contractor, consultants, and clients.
- Chair site meetings and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 10 years experience in ACMV & BMS system design and installation.
- Strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
