- Assist in the execution of Plants Operations & Maintenance works
- Attend daily toolbox and work meeting conducted by Engineer and Supervisor.
- Plan, schedule, execute and supervise contractors on the daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting, as assigned.
- Carry out daily walk-through plant inspection.
- Upkeep maintenance records, work area and tools.
- Assist the Engineers in the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts.
- Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities.
- May be assigned to support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary trainings and to work independently where required (e.g. 1 staff per shift).
- Any assignment/activity/work tasked by the management.
Requirements:
1) Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute.
2) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV / Chillers.
3) Able to perform normal and/or shift duties - 12- hour shift or other shift pattern as per project requirement.
