Air-conditioning & mechanical Ventilation Contractor Company in the construction industry is looking for candidates for the positions of Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors and to establish rolling program.
- Co-ordinate meetings, daily briefings, pre-empt problems at site.
- Check all installation drawings, specifications and prepare relevant schedule.
- Prepare cost estimation, budget, progress claim, control and check sub-contractor's progress claim.
- Monitor and supervise work progression and ensure that safety regulation is observed.
- Perform and supervise testing and commissioning at work site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction mechanical engineering industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
- Possess good time management, strong planning, organisational and supervision skills.
