ACMV ENGINEER

We are looking for a competent and experienced ACMV Engineer to manage the design, installation, coordination, and commissioning of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems for building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC systems, project management, and local mechanical engineering standards.

Proficient in reading and interpreting M&E drawings, HVAC schematics, and layout plans.Familiar with ACMV system components such as:
-Air Handling Units (AHU)
-Fan Coil Units (FCU)
-Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) / Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)
-Chiller systems, cooling towers
-Mechanical ventilation, smoke control systems
-Ductwork and chilled water pipe routing

Must have Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

-Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certifications (e.g., Safety Supervisor, Work-at-Height)

-Familiarity with local regulations (e.g., BCA, NEA, SCDF requirements in Singapore)

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in ACMV/HVAC engineering, preferably in the construction or building services sector.
