Responsibilities:
- Review ACMV drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
- Oversee subcontractors work and coordinate site activities per approved plans and materials.
- Identify and resolve M&E, structural, architectural, and client requirement discrepancies.
- Manage project timelines and attend coordination meetings to resolve site issues.
- Ensure tasks are completed to standard, based on drawings and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Local experience in ACMV design and installation.
- Knowledge of codes, Green Mark, HVAC, BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Willing to travel and work on-site.
