Job Description

We are partnering a FMCG organisation to hire an AR Executive to support receivables operations and credit processes across APAC. This is a hands-on role within a scaling business, offering strong exposure to regional AR operations, high-volume environments, and the opportunity to build capabilities as the function expands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable operations including billing, payment tracking, and accurate cash application
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances to ensure timely collections
  • Support dispute resolution by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, including high-volume reconciliations
  • Assist in credit control activities including credit assessments, monitoring of credit limits, and preparation of credit reviews
  • Prepare AR ageing reports and support regular reporting to enhance visibility on receivables performance
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across customer accounts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve AR processes, strengthen controls, and drive operational efficiencies
  • Support regional AR responsibilities, including B2C operations and gradual exposure to broader APAC markets

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or accounting operations
  • Experience in high-volume transactional environments, ideally within FMCG or e-commerce settings
  • Working knowledge of AR processes, credit risk assessment, and reconciliation procedures
  • Proficient in Excel; exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Oracle Fusion) is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive collections outcomes
  • Demonstrates resilience, proactiveness, and a willingness to take ownership in a growth environment
