Accounts Payable Executive

Our Client:

• F&B Industry
• 5 Days (Alternate Saturday WFH)
• Woodlands
• UP $4000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable, bank reconciliation and maintain records for fixed assets
• Process monthly vendors invoices, statement reconciliation and arrange payments according to credit terms.
• Assist in month-end closing, GST submission to IRAS, and year-end audit.
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors on payment and invoice matters.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant
• Possess knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA experience will be an added advantage
