Accounts Manager
- Salary up to $6,500 basic, plus variable bonus
- Location: Gul Circle, Singapore

A dynamic and growth-oriented organization in the property development and construction sector, recognized for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong financial and operational discipline, is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join its leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic financial initiatives, including project feasibility studies, due diligence, and cost-benefit analyses to support business growth
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, management, and financial planning to ensure optimal liquidity and sustainability
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, consolidated group accounts, and tax matters, including coordination of statutory audits
- Develop and present annual budgets to Management and Shareholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Deliver insightful monthly financial and variance (bridge) reports, highlighting performance against budgets
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including relevant authorities
- Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, tax authorities, and corporate secretaries
- Establish and enhance internal controls and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance
- Maintain a robust financial control environment across the organization
- Develop and refine accounting manuals and policies to ensure consistency and compliance
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Accounts team to achieve high performance
- Identify training needs and provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
- Conduct internal training sessions to uplift team capabilities
Management Involvement
- Support and facilitate corporate initiatives, including organizational vision, mission, core values, and accreditation programs
- Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the Group
Requirements
- CPA or Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 10 years of experience in auditing and accounting within the property development and construction industry
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent business acumen with a strategic mindset
