About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Senior FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and in-depth business analysis across our APAC markets in a fast-growing chained beverage business.

This role sits at the core of decision support, partnering closely with regional and country leadership teams to deliver actionable insights, scenario modelling, and performance commentary. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigour with sharp commercial acumen, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Forecasting: Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlook processes, translating business drivers into financial projections.
  • Scenario Modelling: Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, including expansion plans, revenue maximisation and cost optimisation.
  • Performance Analysis: Deliver deep-dive analysis on revenue, margins, and cost drivers across markets, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare monthly performance commentary with clear, insightful narratives for senior management.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with country FP&A teams and regional stakeholders to align financial plans with operational realities.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond to management requests with timely, data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously improve planning templates, analytical frameworks, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CIMA/CMA is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategy roles, preferably in multi-market or regional environments.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
  • High ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under tight timelines.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Experience in retail, F&B, or consumer-facing industries is preferred.

What We're Looking For

  • Sharp commercial thinker who understands business drivers beyond the numbers.
  • Highly driven and dependable, able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, yet able to connect the big picture.
  • Curious and proactive, with a strong desire to challenge assumptions and improve processes.

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a high-growth regional business.
  • High visibility role with direct impact on strategic decisions.
  • Dynamic environment with strong learning and growth potential.
