Responsibilities:
. Oversee the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts
Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing
to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
. Review monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis
to support business and management decision-making.
. Prepare and manage budgets and financial forecasting.
. Manage payroll processing, ensuring full compliance with local statutory and
regulatory requirements.
. Oversee GST submissions, corporate income tax computations, and statutory tax
filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
. Coordinate audits, liaising with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and the
company secretary to ensure smooth and timely completion.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is preferred.
5-10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, construction, or project-based environments.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
Experience with accounting systems / ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
