Core responsibilities:
- Business strategic planning such as project feasibility study, due diligence analysis, cost benefit analysis etc.
- Cash flow projections, cash flow management and planning
- Review/Prepare financial accounting, consolidated group accounts and taxation for the Group including statutory audits
- Budget preparation and presentation to the Management & Shareholders
- Monthly financial performance reporting/Bridge reporting (variance between budget and actuals) to theManagement & Shareholders
- Ensure statutory compliance - BCA, ACRA, IRAS, URA etc.
- External liaison with company secretary, auditors, bankers, tax authorities & etc.
- Initiate internal control and business improvement process
- Maintain strong business control environment
- Develop/Review the Accounting Financial Manual and Accounting Policies
- Motivate and lead the Accounts team
- Train/Coach/Mentor/Develop individuals & assess training needs
- Conduct internal trainings
Management Involvement:
- Facilitator of company initiatives such as Vision/Mission/Core values, Enterprise 50, ISO
- Consolidating of Group accounts
Job Specifications
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:
CPA / Degree in Accounts/ Finance - Min 10 years experience in auditing and accounting field
Special requirements:
- Good written English and Chinese
- Well verse in tax laws/requirements
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent business acumen
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in Property Development & Construction Industry
