We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible to support our company's finance and human resource functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to handle both accounting and basic administrative HR duties.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Xero)
- Monitor receivables, and work alongside with sales to follow up on overdue payments
- Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary
Human Resource & Admin
- Manage employee records, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with CPF and statutory requirements
- Track staff leave, attendance, and claims
- Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling)
- Support general office administration duties
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Singapore HR practices and payroll
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced events environment
- Proactive in chasing payments and managing deadlines
- Good communication skills when dealing with clients and staff
