Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
Manage financial operations including bookkeeping, vendor invoice verification, accounts receivable/ payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow
Prepare and submit Management Reports, Project Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Forecasts, Annual Budgets, and other financial reports in compliance with company policies and local accounting standards
Liaise with tax agents and regulatory authorities for timely filing and payment of taxes
Work with Sales team in ensuring timely AR collection, AP payments, project expenses.
Control and monitor intercompany transactions.
Manage HR and administrative functions including payroll, Employment Pass applications, employee data management, and statutory compliance
Coordinate with company secretary on corporate compliance and statutory filings
Liaise with auditors to support statutory audits and ensure timely completion
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required
What we're looking for
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
2 - 4 years of experience in finance and operations
Knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with payroll, HR administration, and employment regulations
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office
