ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

Handle partial to full-sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system.

GST filings preparation.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions..

Prepare Budget and Forecast for quarter closing

Prepare timely payments to suppliers and ensure invoices are duly authorised in accordance to company policies

Perform other financial operations such as petty cash management, bank reconciliation, checking of expense claims

Work closely with other functions (Project Team) to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies

Ensure compliance with the relevant accounting standards

Other Ad-Hoc analysis/reporting

Requirements:

. Professional qualifications, MBA in Finance

. 2-5 Years of Experience in Accounting.

. Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Proficiency in Xero Software and Tally
