Job Summary
As a Client Services Executive (Account Management) working from home on a part-time basis, you will manage a portfolio of assigned clients by delivering accurate financial reporting and responsive support. You will ensure client inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally, contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Prepare clients yearly Management Reports, Profit & Loss statements, Trial Balances, Financial Statements, and corporate tax computations accurately to support client financial oversight
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently, escalating issues to superiors when necessary to maintain high client satisfaction
- Manage multiple client accounts independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results
- Perform ad hoc accounting duties as assigned by supervisors to support business needs
- Collaborate with Business Development personnel who serve as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless client service delivery
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients to facilitate clear understanding and service excellence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE O Level or Diploma in accountancy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in client accounting and account management roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
