Job Summary

As a Finance Executive at Navon-Chan, you will collaborate closely with the Director to execute comprehensive financial accounting and corporate tax functions for clients. You will assist in full-cycle financial operations, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and compliance while supporting audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial reporting to deliver accurate and timely financial statements for clients
• Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
• Maintain the general ledger by recording and reconciling financial transactions to uphold data integrity
• Oversee fixed asset accounting to track asset acquisition, depreciation, and disposals in compliance with standards
• Prepare and submit Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns to ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaise effectively with external auditors to facilitate audit processes and resolve queries
• Apply Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and corporate tax regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office, XERO, and QuickBooks software to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in financial accounting and corporate tax functions
