Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the full set of accounts, payroll, HR-related matters, and assisting in permit applications.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Support GST submission and corporate tax filing.
- Manage payroll processing and CPF submissions.
- Handle staff leave, claims, and basic HR administrative matters.
- Assist in work pass / permit applications (e.g., S Pass, Work Permit).
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, HR, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in any ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts.
- Experience in payroll processing and HR administration preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients/suppliers)
