Job Summary
Manage the full set of accounts to deliver accurate financial reporting and support strategic budgeting and forecasting aligned with organizational goals in a dynamic F&B environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss statements for monthly and yearly financial reporting
- Process receipts, payments, and claims promptly and record transactions accurately in the accounting system
- Maintain monthly and yearly financial schedules to support management review and audit processes
- Generate bank reconciliation reports and reconcile monthly intercompany balances to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation reports for timely submission to regulatory authorities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic financial planning
- Respond effectively to queries from external auditors and tax agents to facilitate compliance and audit readiness
- Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in English language to communicate effectively in business and reporting contexts
- Proficient in Mandarin language to support communication requirements within the organization and stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing full set accounts, preferably within the F&B industry
- Hands-on experience using formal accounting software such as Sage 300 ERP/Accpac or QuickBooks
- Demonstrated strong understanding of accounting principles applied in daily accounting tasks
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to analyze and report financial data
- Proven initiative and ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Working days and time : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Annual Leave - Up to 18 days
