Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic accounting team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, handling invoices, and ensuring smooth financial operations for our company.

Job Description:

• Perform e-filing and record official receipts for supermarkets accurately and efficiently
• Review and match invoices and debit notes with contracts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Manage disputes effectively, liaising with sales teams and customers to reach satisfactory resolutions
• Follow up on payments and maintain a healthy cash flow for the organization

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in company stock-takes and inventory management
• Willingness to participate in job rotation programmes to broaden skill set and experience
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the accounting industry
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
