Job Duties
1. Liaising with clients to obtain supporting documents for the preparation of the management accounts.
2. Process payroll transactions and monthly CPF submissions on behalf of the client.
3. Performing monthly bank reconciliations.
4. Assist in posting accounts entries using accounting software
5. Preparing and submission of GST return.
6. Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during the Annual Audit.
7. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
8. Assist the Account Manager with daily tasks
9. Discuss issues with the director / Supervisor
10. Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
1. CAT/LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
2. At least 1-2 years of experience
3. Proficient in MS Office, or any accounting software, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Autocount, and other online accounting software
4. Have a positive work attitude with good communication skills, be proactive with problem-solving skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet a tight timeline.

6. Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with clients.
