Accounts Executive (Convenient East location)

Our client, a leader in APAC's digital media solutions, is renowned for pioneering first-to-market media innovations. They are ranked second globally and they hold world-class ISO certifications for quality in media systems and products. With a vast and established customer base, they are seeking an Accounts Executive to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Location: MacPherson (5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT)

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Support APAC accounts function
• Handle AP, AR, invoicing, tax (GST and income tax), Accounting data entry, Book-keeping
• Prepare monthly consolidation reports / month and year-end closing
• Liaise with various operation teams and external auditors

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years Accounts experience, experience in marine/shipping companies will be an added advantage
• Understanding of GST / tax impact on importation and exportation process
• Education qualification in Accountancy or equivalent
• Meticulous and comfortable to work with tight deadlines
