Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Generate regular reports with actionable insights to optimize content, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
  • Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and follower growth.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) to collect data and evaluate performance.
  • Conduct competitive and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with content creators and campaign managers to align strategies with data insights.
  • Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to refine social strategies.
  • Help define benchmarks and goals for social media performance.
  • Monitor sentiment and audience feedback to inform brand reputation and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
