Job Summary

Support financial and operational processes by managing e-filing, invoice reconciliation, payment follow-ups, dispute resolution, and participation in company events to ensure accurate records and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain e-filing systems for official receipts from supermarkets to ensure accurate record keeping
• Record and reconcile invoices and debit notes against contracts to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Manage disputes with sales teams and customers by investigating issues and facilitating resolutions
• Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection and maintain cash flow
• Participate in company events such as stock-takes to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Engage in job rotation opportunities when suitable to develop cross-functional skills and support team needs
