Position Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to manage and support the company's receivable functions. The role involves handling daily reconciliation, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of invoices, receipts, bank transactions, and POS records.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Verify and reconcile bank statements and incoming payments.
- Handle POS reconciliation and transaction verification.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of AR records.
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of AR reports.
- Liaise with internal departments and customers on billing or payment-related matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a similar industry.
- Hands-on experience in invoice reconciliation, bank statement checking, POS reconciliation, and accounting system data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
