Responsibilities:
. Manage full sets of accounts, bookkeeping, and daily accounting documents
. Prepare financial statements and statutory reports
. Prepare audit schedules and assist during audits
. Handle monthly payroll, GST submissions, CPF submissions, tax filings, and insurance-related matters
. Manage cash flow
. Administer employee leave and maintain HR records
. Stay updated on accounting, tax, and labor laws, and integrate changes into company operations
. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
. At least 2 years experience in accounting and HR administration
. Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards and CPF regulations
. Proficiency in SAP
