Accounts:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and administration support
- Handle and maintain full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
- Issuance of invoices
- Sorting and filing of documents
- Handing GST Filing
- Process payments and receipts
Human Resources:
- Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, issuance, renewal, and cancellation
- Carry out daily HR duties from recruiting to on-boarding and off-boarding formalities
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, confirmations, resignations and all HR related matters
- Handle monthly payroll
- Maintaining Employees records in HRMS, including but not limited to, employees profile, leave applications, entitlements and daily attendance
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims such as CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NSmen claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) etc
- Handle all employees inquiries on HR related matters
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior when requested or assigned
