Manage day-to-day financial operations and administration support
Handle and maintain full set of accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
Issuance of invoices
Sorting and filing of documents
Handing GST Filing
Process payments and receipts
Human Resources:
Oversee and manage full spectrum of HR functions
Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, issuance, renewal, and cancellation
Carry out daily HR duties from recruiting to on-boarding and off-boarding formalities
Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, confirmations, resignations and all HR related matters
Handle monthly payroll
Maintaining Employees records in HRMS, including but not limited to, employees profile, leave applications, entitlements and daily attendance
Ensure timely and accurate submissions in all government and related claims such as CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NSmen claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) etc
Handle all employees inquiries on HR related matters
Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior when requested or assigned
