Role Overview:
The Accounts & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the finance and administrative functions of the company, including managing accounts, financial reporting, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
Accounts
1. Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
2. Handle bank reconciliations, cash-flow, GL and GST submission
3. Manage collection activities by following up on outstanding payments via calls and emails, sending reminder letter and review customer account activity.
4. Process vendor invoices and payments accurately with timeline
5. Process of corporate card transactions and staff claims
6. Daily sales report.
7. Assist in month-end and year-end closing
8. Assist in statutory audit and tax analysis
9. Liaises with Auditor, Tax Agent, Secretary
10. Handling multi-currency transactions
11. Generate DO & Invoices
Admin
1. Send Delivery timing and note in driver group
2. Prepare Shipping Schedule
3. Send daily sale figures via WhatsApp once all daily invoices are posted.
4. Taking B2C picking forms and send email to admin
5. Scan B2B/B2C signed DOs & tracking missing signed Dos
6. Report daily sale Summary to Driver group chat
7. Attend to Customer queries on signed DO / Tax invoice request
8. Filing documents
9. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
