We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support our admin, and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in checking, receiving, and recording stock & deliveries
- Maintain inventory records and support stock-take
- Handle basic admin work (filing, data entry, document control)
- Assist in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, journal entries
- Process accounts payable & receivable
- Prepare simple monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet)
- Other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in admin, or accounts preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple roles
