Job Summary

Manage and process accounting tasks including invoice verification, payment processing, supplier data maintenance, and monthly reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.

Responsibilities

Process invoices and staff reimbursements accurately to meet payment cycle deadlines
Verify invoice correctness before processing payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
Upload credit notes and relevant project documents into the system as required for proper documentation
Maintain and update supplier data and accounting records in the system for accurate record keeping
Reconcile supplier statements with internal records monthly to identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing invoices or credit notes

Required competencies and certifications

Certificate in Accounting
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support accounting tasks
Minimum 1 year of experience performing accounting duties to ensure competency in core functions
