Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts including AP/AR transactions
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments
- Process employee expense reimbursements
- Generate tax invoices based on receiving documents
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist other departments as required
- Perform multitasking and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Possess strong learning ability and attention to detail
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri, 10:00am-7:00pm
