Accounts Assistant (Entry Level/ AR & Invoicing)

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB + Sign On Bonus
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hour)
• Location: Tuas (Company transport pick up at designated point)
• Entry Level is welcome training will be provided

Job Scope:

• Manage the full invoicing process, liaising with Customer Service to obtain required details and ensure timely billing
• Handle AR transactions, including cheque collection, bank-in preparation, cash book and AR report updates, and payment matching
• Follow up on payment discrepancies, overdue accounts, and prepare intercompany invoices
• Post receipts in ERP, issue monthly SOA to customers, and update Sales on long overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate accounting records, file documents, and support auditors during year-end audits
• Record monthly AR receipts in the accounting system and post to GL after review

Requirements:

• At least ITE or accounting certificate and above
• Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
