Job Description
A master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. In this role, you will work with the financial administrator to record all the financial transactions of our Our business includes a retail segment, a F&N segment, as well as process invoices, purchase orders, and payroll and inventory control. You'll also be in charge of ensuring the office is organized and tidy.
To ensure success as a finance and admin executive, you should have business acumen and the ability to complete various complex financial tasks accurately and efficiently. Ultimately, a top-notch financial admin executive should be a highly organized and process-driven individual with the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
Accounting, General Admin Functions
Responsible for the full set of accounts. Moving forward, any expansion of more outlets will be under your purview as well. Appropriate manpower resources proportional to workload will be allocated accordingly as well.
Support overall accounting functions which include preparation of finance and management reports, and costing.
Manage all local regulatory and taxation compliance matters including tax computations, tax return, submission, and tax payments/refunds, including GST and other tax matters.
Maintaining an organize reports, fixed assets register, bank/account payable/ accounts receivable/inventory reconciliations, stock and inventory recording and taxation matters.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as MOM, CPF, IRAS AND ACRA.
Support in HR functions including but not limited to processing payroll, managing employee leaves, medical, claim matters.
Responsible for payroll processing including liaising with payroll providers, preparing payroll, provision preparation for salary and benefit incentives, employee tax returns and HR filing systems.
Report to the Directors and handle ad-hoc assignments and General Admin Duties
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or other Professional Accounting Certificates or its equivalent with 1 years of relevant work experience
Possess knowledge in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
Self -motivated. well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task
Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese speaking vendors and suppliers
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Hands-on, organized, self-driven and detailed oriented.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.

5 working days per week
Salary: $2,500 to $3,750 (Based on Experience)
