- Prepare and verify financial documents, invoices, bills, statements, and vouchers.
- Record, reconcile, and maintain accurate financial transactions and records.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payment follow-ups.
- Assist in staff claims verification and financial reporting.
- Support inventory control, including stock takes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
- Participate in audits and support general office administration.
- Handle office maintenance, supplies, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Min Diploma in Accounting or business related qualification
