Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payables & Receivables
  • Perform general accounting duties including maintenance of various accounting data and records
  • Prepare petty cash reimbursement
  • Update daily cash flow & monthly bank reconciliation
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Staff leave form updates
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • At least N / O level or higher qualification
  • Minimum one-year working experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Excel software
  • Proactive and have strong initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
  • 5 days a week, location in Woodlands
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
