Job Description

  • 1 year contract Role | Entry level | Up to $3500 (depending on experience)
  • Location: Maxwell
  • 5 days work week | 8.30am to 5.30pm (work life balance!)

The Job:

  • Handle payment processing and checking of invoices
  • Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and GL duties
  • Assist with journal vouchers and month end closings
  • Support adhoc administrative tasks

The Talent:

  • Open to candidate without experience
  • Basic knowledge with AP/AP will be advantageous
  • Data entry skills
