Job Description

  1. Handline full set of accounts (Managing AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and GST filing)
  2. Preparing financial statements (balance sheets, P&L) and supporting month-end closing.
  3. Ensuring financial records comply with local regulations and assisting with audit
  4. Chasing Payment
  5. Handling part of administration work
  6. Experience in Managing AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and GST filing
  7. Administration: Maintaining accurate filing systems (physical and digital) and performing ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.
  8. Experience in Auto count software is an advantage
